By booking a 1:1 call, you agree to the following:

All sessions are held virtually and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. I do not provide legal, financial or immigration advice.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session.

You may reschedule your call one time only, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. Additional reschedules have a $25 fee.

If you do not show up for your 1:1 call and do not give notice, I will wait for 15 minutes starting at our scheduled time. After that, you will need to schedule and pay for another call.

Due to the nature of the service, all bookings are non-refundable.

While I aim to provide helpful guidance based on my experience living in Mexico, I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
